Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is recruiting an Accounting & Finance Lead to oversee full-set accounts, manage cash flow, and maintain compliance across the business and its subsidiaries. You will lead, train, and mentor a finance team to ensure timely financial reporting and robust controls.

Reporting to the Company Director, you will oversee corporate banking facilities and financing loans, and perform entity consolidation as needed, contributing to operational precision and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree is required
• Leadership experience in accounting/finance is preferred

About the Manager / Team

Reporting directly to the Company Director, you will lead a dedicated finance team of six (four accounts executives and two admins) who handle AP, AR, and GL functions across core and subsidiary accounts. The team culture is hands-on, supportive, and focused on operational efficiency.
