Job summary

Amazin' Graze is seeking an Account Executive to join our finance team in Malaysia. The role focuses on supporting the full set of accounts, AR reconciliation, and monthly closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.

You will monitor daily cash flow and bank activity, handle invoicing and E-invoicing, prepare balance sheets and reports, and assist with budgeting, analysis, and audits. Strong attention to detail and integrity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle invoicing and E-invoicing matters.
• Prepare balance sheets, financial reports and transaction records.
• Support budget forecasting, financial analysis and annual audits.
• Perform ad-hoc finance/admin tasks assigned by management.
