Jora Malaysia is seeking a capable Account Manager to nurture relationships with existing customers and drive reliable service delivery from ordering to fulfillment. The role requires 1–3 years in account management, sales, or customer service, and a degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
You will work in a manufacturing office environment, using Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems to track orders, forecasts, and delivery schedules, while communicating in English and Bahasa Malaysia;

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service.
Prior exposure to a manufacturing office environment is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking data and generating basic reports.
Basic understanding of ERP or CRM workflows (order entry, customer data updates).
Familiarity with tracking customer forecasts, purchase orders, and standard delivery schedules. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking
Proven capability to handle fast-paced administrative workflows and maintain clean data tracking without dropping the ball.
Demonstrated ability to accurately monitor delivery schedules, match POs to forecasts, and update ERP systems systematically.
Competency in handling direct customer complaints professionally and collaborating productively with internal production/logistics teams.
Job open to other levels - Senior Client Account Executive & Client Account Clerk.

Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms with customers. (Standard accounts)
Monitor customer forecasts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
Resolve customer complaints, quality issues, and delivery concerns in a timely manner.
Conduct regular customer visits, meetings, and business reviews.
Prepare sales forecasts, account plans, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the ERP/CRM system.
Represent the company professionally during customer visits, exhibitions, and business events.
Perform other duties assigned by management.
