Job summary

Exaltech Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage daily accounting and finance transactions, including receivables and payables, and maintain journal entries. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, familiarity with accounting software, and fluency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must be able to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience, able to Full set account will be added advantage.

Familiar with Accounting software application

Well organized, ability to multi-task, good interpersonal skills and also possess good attitude when engaged in the task assigned.

Ability to be detail-oriented within a high-paced environment

Ability to embrace change, positive and someone who is a fast learner

Coordinating internal tasks related to accounts to ensure clients receive products and services timely

Remuneration package subject to experience

Must have own transport.

Responsibility

• To manage all daily accounting & finance transactions including receivable and payable processes & journal entries maintenance.
• Able to handle the organization’s accounts.
• Perform reconciliation such as Bank Reconciliation, Supplier Recon & Interco Recon, performing timely investigations and follow up on outstanding transactions.
• Assist in preparation reports, and liaise with external auditors.
• General administrative duties including filing of vouchers and Invoices.
• Record and process all transactions related.
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently with little supervision.
• Deadlines oriented. Can follow instruction and do reporting
• Organizational and time management skills preferred.
• Has a strong sense of responsibility.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
