KENJO BABY HOUSE SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance Department in Kedah.

The role focuses on accurate financial reporting, timely processing of payments and claims, and compliance with accounting standards while supporting the Finance Lead in monthly and annual statements. You will handle bank reconciliations, review journals, manage accounts payable, and prepare reports for department heads.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Process disbursements and claims with proper documentation.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely deposits.
• Record and review accounting journals and ledgers.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements with accuracy.
• Assist Finance Lead with reports, schedules, and analyses.
