MOI Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Executive, Accounts (Reporting & Taxation) to manage monthly and annual financial reporting, assist in month-end/ year-end close, and handle corporate tax computations and compliance. The role involves coordinating with auditors and tax agents, and supporting transfer pricing, e-Invoice, and statutory requirements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and Malaysian taxation is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Handle corporate tax computations, filings, and compliance matters.
• Assist with transfer pricing, e-Invoice, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Support finance process improvements and ad-hoc assignments.
