Job summary

Norimarine Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking an accounting professional to prepare and review monthly P&L reports, handle month-end closings, and reconcile expenses. You will also prepare SST returns and manage statutory payroll contributions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB, ensuring timely submissions.

The ideal candidate has at least two years in accounting, strong Malaysian tax knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with UBS Accounting Software.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar accounting related field.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian taxation, SST and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with UBS Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin/Chinese.
• Responsible, organised, meticulous and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Handle monthly account closing and expense reconciliation.

Prepare and submit bi-monthly Sales and Services Tax (SST) returns in compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs regulations.

Manage monthly statutory payroll contributions and deductions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.

Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO), invoices and payment vouchers.

Ensure all tax and statutory submissions are accurate and submitted within the stipulated deadlines.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar accounting related field.
