Job summary

Win-Fung Fibreglass Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to handle daily accounts data entry, invoicing, bank reconciliations, stock control and monthly reports. The role requires experience in a manufacturing environment and proficiency with AutoCount accounting system.

You will coordinate with the sales team, manage invoicing and collections, and ensure timely closing of financial records while maintaining asset and tax reporting accuracy. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role
• Experience in manufacturing environment
• Proficient with AutoCount accounting system
• Dynamic personality, meticulous, good time management and integrity
• Familiar with general ledger, receivable/payable, monthly closing

Responsibilities

• Post all sales orders into the accounting system
• Liaise with sales team for queries
• Prepare and update outstanding sales orders for the sales team
• Handle sales delivery orders and invoicing
• Issue invoices upon delivery order acknowledgement
• Produce progressive billing as required
• Request bank statements and perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Manage general journal entries and staff claims
• Daily accounts data entry and meet closing deadlines
• Send monthly statements and reminder letters when necessary
• Update customer payments in monthly collection reports
• Prepare monthly target collection for Sales Dept
• Prepare monthly creditor payment list
• Upload supplier payments to bank portal
• Inventory Control and stock takes
• Verify data for stock reconciliation and control wastage
• Update work in progress worksheet monthly
• Maintain Fixed Asset Register and asset records
• Prepare monthly reports and notes of accounts
• Administer SST and tax data submission

To post all sales order into accounting system

Liaise to sales team if there is any query arises

Prepare and update outstanding sales order to sales team

Sales -Delivery order and invoicing

To issue invoice upon received delivery order acknowledgement

To issue progressive billing whenever required

to request bank statement and process on time monthly bank reconciliation

General journal / staff claim

Responsible for daily accounts data entry and be able to meet closing deadline

To send monthly statement and reminder letter when necessary

To update customer payment into monthly collection report

To prepare monthly target collection to Sales Dept

To prepare monthly creditor payment list

To upload online to supplier payment to bank portal

Inventory Control

To conduct monthly stock take ensure stock is proper recorded

To verify data for stock reconciliation and ensure wastage in under control

To update work in progress worksheet in monthly basis

REPORT / NOTES OF ACCOUNTS

Fixed Asset Register

Maintain good record and update and update fixed asset listing and filing

To ensure all original invoices filled into asset category

To arrange any disposal asset

Compiling notes of accounts

Prepare and update monthly report and keep record on all phases of financial activities

Local authority reports (custom and tax agent)

Prepare SST report & upload for SST payment for both sales tax and service tax

Prepare yearly tax and export sales schedule for tax submission

Generate monthly budget report

Assist to extract fiscal month budget report for all dept

Requirement:

Experience :Minimum 2 years working experience in similar role and experience in manufacturing environment

Computer skill : Familiar with accounting skill; especially Auto count accounting system

Personal attributes: Dynamic personality, meticulous, good time management and having good integrity
