Job summary

Evershine Stainless Steel Sdn Bhd invites a qualified accounting professional to join its finance team in Semenyih, Selangor. The role involves managing full set accounts, monthly reports, and preparation for audits.

Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting, with hands-on AutoCount experience and at least five years in manufacturing or construction sectors. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting is required.
• Experience with AutoCount is essential.
• Good knowledge of construction accounts is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing/construction industries.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and yearly auditing.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports (cash flows, AR/AP, etc.).
• Prepare accounts for annual audit and taxation.
• Monitor progress claims and collections.
• Verify invoice postings and related accounting entries.
• Perform administrative accounting tasks for all departments.
• Maintain project accounts filing and control.

Responsibilities

• Able to handle Full Set accounts and Yearly Auditing
• Preparation of monthly Accounting report such as Cash Flows, AR/AP Report, etc.
• Preparation of account for annual audit and taxation.
• Monitoring and updating of Progress claim and collection.
• Monitoring, checking and verifying of invoice posting
• To perform all administrative accounting related matter for all departments (ie claims & accounts checking)
• Project accounts filing control

Requirements

• At least Diploma/Degree of accounting.
• Must have experience in AUTOCOUNT.
• Basic knowledge of construction account is added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Manufacturing / construction industry.
• Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, Full Set of Account & Auditing .
• Required Language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Only for Malaysian applicant and able to work at Bandar Teknologi Kajang, Semenyih, Selangor.
