Job summary

MW Hospitality Sdn Bhd, part of the Googolplex Holdings group, is seeking an Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounting team. You will manage invoicing, collections, payments and account reconciliation to keep our financial operations accurate and timely.

We value detail, deadline discipline and independence. Requirements include 2–3 years AR/AP experience (hospitality is a plus), basic SST and MyInvois knowledge, and experience with AutoCount or SAP, plus MS Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• LCCI Higher / Advanced Diploma or Degree in Accounting.
• 2–3 years of AR/AP experience (hospitality is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of SST, MyInvois and audit.
• Experience with AutoCount and/or SAP, plus MS Excel and Word.
• Detail-oriented, independent and good at meeting deadlines.
• Immediate or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue invoices, credit/debit notes and statements; record and match collections.
• Monitor debtors ageing and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Verify supplier invoices, record purchases and prepare payment vouchers.
• Help with payment scheduling and petty cash.
• Do monthly debtor, creditor, supplier and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with e-Invoicing (MyInvois) and SST.
• Prepare monthly AR/AP reports and support month-end closing and audits.
• Work with customers, vendors, Operations and HR, and keep filing organised.
