A leading furniture manufacturer is looking for an experienced financial professional in Malaysia to manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Responsibilities include ensuring timely billing, preparing tax computations, and maintaining financial compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Bachelor's in Finance/Accountancy and at least 10 years of experience in the field. Strong multitasking abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential for this role.
Responsible for the full spectrum of the Accounts Receivable (AR)&Accounts Payable (AP)
Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR & AP procedures by generating and raising invoices, debit, and credit notes.
Prepare SST tax computation and submission, year end closing management account for audit purpose (under guidance)
Liaise with Auditors ,Tax Agent, SST, Bankers, keep abreast of new government policy regarding financial reporting, payrolls, compliance and tax submission
Recognising and settling inconsistencies in financial records
Monitor the organization’s income, expenses, and investments, and create and evaluate financial reports
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/head of the department.
