Job summary

• 5 years full-set accounting experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in AutoCount, SQL Accounting, MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, reports, and financial documentation.
• Perform daily accounting transactions and ensure all entries are recorded accurately and on time.
• Assist with monthly closing, financial reporting, and account reconciliation.
• Manage invoicing, payments, receipts, and other accounting-related matters.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of accounting records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and other relevant parties on accounting and payment matters.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Support ad-hoc finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling financial information.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.

A strong team player who is able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of assigned tasks.

Immediate availability or candidates with a short notice period are highly preferred.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
