Job summary

Triton Poker is seeking an Account Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support accounting functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can handle closing processes and collaborate with internal teams.

You will work with external auditors and regulators as needed, maintain financial records, and contribute to compliance with policies. Diploma or degree in accounting and proficiency with Excel are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports on a timely basis.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required by the Finance Manager.

JOB PURPOSE

The Account Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the company’s accounting functions. This role requires a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual who can handle accounting tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines. The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. This position plays a key role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting business decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY

• Handle a full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports on a timely basis.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
• Reconcile bank statements, accounts, and financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulators.
