Job summary

BlankCo Holdings Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Accountant to manage the Company’s financial records, reporting, and accounting operations across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and capable of handling full-set accounting responsibilities independently in a fast-paced working environment.

Responsibilities include handling full set of accounts, preparing invoices and vouchers, monitoring AR/AP, preparing monthly financial and cash flow

Qualifications

• Must be responsible and detail-oriented to manage full-set accounting across multiple entities.
• Organised, proactive, and capable of handling accounting responsibilities independently.

Responsibilities

• Handle and maintain full set of accounts.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, official receipts, supplier payments, and client billing.
• Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as outstanding payments and collections.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow reports, and profit & loss summaries; track expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage petty cash, claims, reimbursements, and expense verification.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and bankers.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Support management in budgeting and financial planning.

• Prepare monthly:
