Job summary

Affirm Plus Properties Sdn Bhd - Hendry Lee in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a competent accounting professional to manage daily financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policies, and support management with financial reporting.

You will handle weekly and monthly commission and expenses payments, prepare closing reports, bank reconciliations, and liaise with auditors, bankers, and developers.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in accounting/BA/management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
• Experience with full set of accounts and financial statements.

• Prepare weekly/monthly commission and expenses payment.

You will handle preparation for weekly/monthly commission and expenses payment, responsible for weekly/monthly closing report, and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statement. You will liaise with other parties, auditor, banker, agent, co-agency & developer, and ensure softcopy and hardcopy documents are saved and files are in order.

Key responsibilities

Ensure daily accuracy operations and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements/guidelines

Prepare weekly/monthly commission and expenses payment

Prepare weekly/monthly closing report

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement

Liaise with auditor, banker, agent, co-agency & developer

About you

Post-Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Accounting/Business Administration/Management or equivalent

At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field

Experience in full set account

Proficiency in MS Office and SQL System (SQL System is an advantage)

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.
