Job summary

HAO XIANG CHI SEAFOOD RESTAURANT GROUP S/B is seeking an experienced accounting professional to handle daily transactions and maintain accurate records across multiple outlets. You will prepare vouchers, entries, and reconcile accounts, while managing payables/receivables and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities include bank reconciliations, weekly cash flow, month-end closures, fixed asset records, SST/e-Invoice compliance, and comprehensive financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of SST, e-Invoice, and basic accounting principles.
• Good attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience handling multi-outlet or F&B accounts will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare payment vouchers, journal entries, and sales and purchase entries.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and supplier payments.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile sales collections from cash, credit cards, e-wallets, and online payments.
• Record and reconcile sales and inter-company transactions for all outlets.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports and monthly account schedules.
• Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and month-end/year-end closing.
• Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
• Assist with SST, e-Invoice, audit, and tax-related documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and supporting records.
• Follow up with outlets on missing documents or discrepancies.
• Assist with expense monitoring, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure all accounting entries are properly supported and approved.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Key Requirements
