LA JUICERIA SUPERFOODS SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account Executive to manage our financial operations in a fast-paced F&B environment. You will maintain ledgers, process invoices and payments, and support month-end closings to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, familiarity with local tax regulations, and strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with accounting software are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, retail/F&B preferred.
• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

What you will do :

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including bookkeeping and general ledger management.
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, including supplier invoices and customer payments.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities

What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent. (Preferred)
• Proficiency in Accounting software (e.g., SQL,).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. (Retail or F&B experience preferred) .
• Fresh graduates with a mature mindset, a positive attitude, and a professional approach are welcome to apply.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and local tax regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• This role may also include administrative tasks such as managing petty cash, preparing budgets, or liaising with auditors and tax agents
