Fiscal Therapy Management in Johor Bahru, Johor invites applications for an accounting role focused on daily operations and reporting. You will assist with data entry, AP/AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end close, working closely with the team.
The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Certificate in Accounting and has 1 year of experience, with strong Excel skills and independence. Mandarin ability is a plus; location includes Senai or Tampoi and occasional Saturdays.

Fiscal Therapy Management – Johor Bahru, Johor
Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry and bookkeeping.
Process supplier invoices, receipts, payment documents, and petty cash claims.
Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Issue invoices, credit notes, and monthly Statements of Account (SOA).
Perform bank, customer, supplier, and intercompany reconciliations.
Support month-end closing and preparation of financial and management reports.
Assist with cash flow forecasts and treasury-related reports.
Prepare accounting documents and schedules for annual audits.
Support the Superior in handling full-set and overseas accounts.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
Perform other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned.
Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, AP and AR.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Mandarin-speaking ability is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
Willing to work in Senai or Tampoi, depending on the assigned position.
Able to work according to the required working schedule, including alternate Saturdays where applicable.
