Job summary

TIEN MING DISTRIBUTION SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to support the finance team with accounts receivable reconciliation, updating accounts, and creating manual offline sales.

The role includes taking a proactive role in the collection of accounts receivable while maintaining accuracy across tasks. The candidate should be able to multi-task, pay close attention to detail, perform basic office duties, and assist other accounts functions as required to ensure smooth

Job description

• To work closely with E-Commerce service provider.
• To perform Accounts Receivable Reconciliation and to update in accounts
• Create manual offline sales
• Taking proactive role in collection of Accounts Receivable
• Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
• Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, etc.
• To help other functions in accounts department whenever required
• Good understanding of office management
• To assign time to time ad-hoc duties
