Job summary

POLPERRO GROUP SDN. BHD. is seeking a finance assistant to check sales and payments from delivery partners (Shopee, Grabfood, FoodPanda), monitor daily cash sales for each outlet, and review end-of-day sales reports.

You will reconcile bank statements with sales, enter sales in the SQL accounting system monthly, maintain proper sales documentation, assist in audit processes, and ensure reporting deadlines are met each month.

Job description

Check sales and payment from delivery partners (Shopee, Grabfood, and FoodPanda)

Monitor cash sales drop from each outlet daily

Check end of day sales report for each outlet daily

Reconcile bank statement with sales

Key in sales in SQL accounting system monthly

Keep and fill proper documentation for sales report

Assist in audit process and team department if any

Commit with dateline every month for reporting purposes
