Job summary

Advanced YL Managament Services PLT in Klang, Selangor invites applications for an accounting role. The successful candidate will manage full sets of accounts, perform bank reconciliations, handle AP/AR, prepare invoices, and assist during audits.

Proficiency in Excel is required; Mandarin and SQL are a plus, with immediate availability preferred. Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, alternate Sat 8:30am-1:00pm.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Added advantage: experience with SQL software, proficiency in Mandarin and immediate availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of account
• Perform regular financial processes: Bank reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Perform regular account closing processes
• Ensure accuracy, proper filing and documentation of accounting records
• Manage accounting and management reports with minimal supervision
• Provide support during audits
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
