Job summary

BLUESKY RESOURCES SDN BHD is seeking a finance and accounting professional to oversee transactions for regional offices in Malaysia. You will record daily entries, monitor cash flow, and prepare monthly reports for management review.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, Excel proficiency, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with regional teams. Familiarity with SQL Accounting Software is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance required.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experienced preferred.
• Experience with SQL Accounting Software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with regional offices.

• Control and monitor all finance and accounting transactions for regional offices.
• Record daily financial transactions accurately and properly maintained.
• Monitor cash flow, payments, invoices, expenses, and other accounting activities at regional offices.
• Review and verify transaction documents to ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports for management review.
• Assist in account reconciliation, data entry, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Liaise with regional offices regarding finance-related matters and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Perform accounting tasks using SQL Accounting Software.
