Responsibilities
- Perform data entry of accounting records and transactions into the system accurately and timely.
- Assist in checking and verifying data in SQL-based accounting systems.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records and supporting documents.
- Support month-end closing activities, including reconciling basic entries.
- Assist in generating simple financial or transaction reports using Excel or internal systems.
- Liaise with internal teams for document collection, payment processing, and clarifications.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
