Job summary

Courts (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an Executive for Advertising & Promotion to lead development and execution of campaigns across multiple channels. You will support the annual and monthly campaign calendar and coordinate requirements with stores, agencies and vendors.

The role requires a degree in marketing or related fields, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising or Business fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, creative and able to work independently or within a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute monthly, seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate development and production of marketing materials (catalogues, leaflets, posters, POSM, price tickets, digital materials).
• Ensure stores receive required communication materials before campaigns launch.
• Prepare weekly campaign bulletins and store briefing materials.
• Liaise with printers, agencies, event organisers, designers and external vendors.
• Coordinate quotations, production timelines and vendor deliverables.
• Support marketing events, roadshows, exhibitions and activations.
• Manage activities within approved budgets.
• Maintain marketing filing, billing and campaign documentation.
• Support other marketing projects and ad hoc activities as required.
