Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Minde Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Executive in Malaysia to research and source suppliers for required goods and services, negotiate terms, and issue purchase orders. You will collaborate with finance, operations and production teams to understand requirements and address any supply chain delays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement, purchasing or supply chain experience; fresh graduates may apply.
• Experience with vendor management, PO processing and inventory control is advantageous.

Job Description

• Researching and sourcing suppliers for required goods and services.
• Negotiating prices, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• Previous experience (usually 1-3 years) in a procurement, purchasing, or supply chain role, though some entry-level positions may be available for fresh graduates.
• Experience in vendor management , purchase order processing , and inventory control can be advantageous.
