Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related telecommunications or IT field.
• 3–5 years of experience in telecom core network operations, deployment, or maintenance.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with good presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage 5GC operation and maintenance documentation and reports.
• Lead KPI dashboard presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in operation review panels and project meetings.
• Perform capacity planning, design, and analysis of 5GC core network.
• Monitor 5GC performance indices and KPIs.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports for call logs and SLA maintenance.
• Perform 1st/2nd level checks, troubleshooting using NMS tools.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
• Knowledge of CS Core, PS Core, HLR, IMS, VoLTE/VoBB/VoWiFi, PCRF; IP knowledge a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent teamwork and communication.
