ZTE Corporation in Malaysia is seeking a Core Network Engineer for a Fresh Graduates program to plan, design, implement, integrate, migrate, and test Core Network solutions including CS Core, PS Core/EPC, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and related elements.

You will analyze network performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide guidance to internal teams and customers throughout project delivery, while collaborating with marketing, sales, and management to support service delivery and strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science/Electrical engineering or related technical disciplines.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service oriented with good communication/presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, design, implement, integrate, migrate, and perform acceptance testing for Core Network solutions including CS Core, PS Core/EPC, IMS, VoLTE, VoWiFi, WiFi Offload, VoBB, PCRF, SPR, NFV, and related elements.
Analyze network performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize for reliability and service quality.
Serve as the primary technical contact for internal engineering teams, customers, and vendors, providing guidance and support throughout project delivery and operations.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, project management, and customer teams to support solution design, presentations, service delivery, and strategic initiatives.
Participate in regional and global technical delivery projects to ensure deployment and commissioning per customer requirements and best practices.
