• Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related field.
• Previous experience within agency recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Commercially minded with a customer-focused approach.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage recruitment assignments from job intake to placement.
• Create and execute clear business development strategies to bring in new clients.
• Convert prospects into long-term clients through proactive relationship building.
• Seek structured feedback from clients following placements.
• Build, manage, and maintain high-quality candidate talent pools.
• Develop trusted relationships with candidates throughout their career journey.
• Proactively seek referrals from existing candidates and networks.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments aligned to client requirements.
• Support candidates through interview preparation, offer management, and post-placement engagement.
• Continue building and refining your subject matter expertise.
