You will source, engage and interview candidates, understand hiring needs, and manage end-to-end recruitment to successful placements. Fresh graduates are welcome, and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates from ANY academic background welcome.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of working experience are encouraged to apply.
• No prior recruitment or HR experience required.
• Outgoing, proactive and comfortable communicating with different people.
• Good command of English; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Source, engage and interview potential candidates through various channels.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and identify the right talent for their organisations.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
