Job summary

TNS Inc. in Kuala Lumpur invites an experienced IP NOC Technician to join our 24/365 Network Operations Department. You will monitor, document, and resolve network incidents, coordinating with the Technical Support Team to keep services running smoothly for our global customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches, MPLS, BGP/IS-IS/OSPF/EIGRP, and CCNA certification. A B.S. in IT or CS is preferred, and flexibility for rotating shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in an operations support environment.
• Experience troubleshooting circuits and Cisco devices.
• CCNA certification and a B.S. in IT or CS.
• Willing to work rotating shifts in a 24x7 environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers and document, isolate and resolve network incidents.
• Ensure accurate ticket updates and timely communication during ticket lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Technical Support Team to resolve issues.
• Monitor the network to proactively identify incident impacts.
• Manage incidents via established incident management process with escalation.

3-5 years experience in operations
