Job summary

6250 UOB Centre of Excellence (M) Sdn. Bhd is seeking a call centre professional to deliver 24/7 customer service and handle inquiries with a focus on quality and confidentiality. The role requires strong communication in English and Mandarin, and a positive, proactive attitude.

The candidate may be Diploma- or SPM/STPM-qualified, with relevant banking or customer service experience. Rotational shifts including weekends/public holidays are required to support operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma holders with minimum 2 years’ experiences; SPM/STPM holders with at least 5 years’ work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 24 hour one-stop customer service.
• Ensure highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers.
• Provide prompt and accurate answers, alternatives or solutions with customers’ best interests at heart.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints proficiently .
• Display a high level of quality and professionalism in customer interactions.
• Educate customers about the Bank’s products and services and direct them toward self-help resources.
• Enter customer data accurately into relevant systems.
• Maintain confidentiality of customers and data.
• Proactively gather feedback from customers to improve experiences.
