Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.

• Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead manufacturing projects and initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between Factory Leadership Team and Local Leadership Teams.
• Support cross-fertilization of manufacturing best practices.
