Job summary

Rikevita (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a certified Chargeman BO (11kV) to manage and maintain high‑voltage electrical systems in our Johor plant. The ideal candidate has hands‑on maintenance experience, strong electrical engineering background, and can lead a small team when required.

This role supports plant reliability and safety through preventive maintenance and timely response to electrical issues. You will liaise with regulators and contractors, work on 24/7 coverage as needed, and

Qualifications

BO Chargeman Certificate up to 11kV with ST registration.
Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
3–5 years of high-voltage maintenance experience.
Knowledge of electrical systems, protection devices and safety.
Ability to supervise contractors and junior technicians.
Willingness to respond to emergencies and support 24/7 operations.

Responsibilities

Operate, maintain and troubleshoot 11kV electrical systems.
Ensure compliance with Energy Commission (ST) regulations.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on switchgear, transformers, MCCs.
Monitor energy consumption and propose efficiency improvements.
Maintain records and report on electrical equipment.
Coordinate with contractors and regulatory bodies as needed.
Assist in planning electrical upgrades and expansions.
Support overall plant operations and electrical safety.
