Job summary

DIGITAL BRIGHT TECHNOLOGIES in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to lead end-to-end user experiences for enterprise software. You will build scalable design systems, reusable component libraries in Figma, and establish patterns and guidelines for consistent product design across multiple features.

You will translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces, present designs to stakeholders, and drive design reviews with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5 years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise software or similar complex domains.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency with component systems and interactive prototypes.
• Experience building design systems adopted across products.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to advocate for user needs.
