• Gestión de Proyectos CAPEX del Departamento de Ingeniería OS. Desarrollo de alcance de proyecto, presupuesto,ingenierías, gestión de proveedores y equipo de instalaciones, comisionamiento, arranque y cierre de Proyecto.
• Mantener una comunicación efectiva y reporte con los stakeholders (Dir Planta, Ingeniería, Finanzas, Logística, Planeación, etc.).
• Promover y asegurar la cultura de Seguridad.
• Alcance del rol: 7 cervecerías Heineken México, maltería, centros de distribución primarios y secundarios (Logística)

Requisitos

• 3 años de experiencia liderando proyectos de inversión, manejo de presupuesto y planeación
• Conocimiento técnico (Ing. Civil, Industrial, Mecanico)
• Ingles avanzado/fluido profesional (no negociable)
• Conocimiento de Microsoft Project
• Autocad conocimiento básico
