Worldwide Offering Manager – Artificial Intelligence Services

Do you aspire to be a part of one of the Global Leaders in the IT world? The Services & Solutions Group at Lenovo is looking for a Worldwide Offering Manager to lead the offering development for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development and lifecycle management of AI Services, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demand.
2. Define the service development process, working closely with Development Leads, Services Delivery, and Services Marketing to track offering readiness.
3. Conduct competitive analysis to determine service offering features, pricing strategies, and key differentiators.
4. Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy in collaboration with regional teams, Sales, and Marketing.
5. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional Services teams, Product Teams, and Business Units.
6. Work with Sales Enablement and Training teams to develop sales training materials and deliver sales enablement sessions.
7. Define the support model for AI Services offerings, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
8. Review legal, security, and supply chain requirements to ensure compliance and scalability of services.
9. Partner with Marketing to create compelling collateral and positioning strategies for AI service offerings.
10. Continuously track competitive updates to maintain market leadership in AI Services.
11. Integrate Professional and Managed Services into AI solutions to provide end-to-end support for AI projects.

Additional Responsibilities:

1. Develop a comprehensive business case for AI Services.
2. Define a scalable and competitive pricing model.
3. Establish an effective go-to-market and sales strategy.
4. Define the appropriate channel model and product numbers (PNs) for ease of consumption.
5. Develop pre-packaged AI solutions to streamline sales and deployment.
6. Create training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
7. Conduct training sessions to enable sales teams.
8. Establish a robust support framework for AI service offerings.
9. Ensure compliance with legal policies and contracts.
10. Align service delivery with supply chain capabilities.
11. Ensure adherence to security and data privacy standards.
12. Work with marketing teams to develop promotional content and customer-facing materials.
13. Continuously assess the competitive landscape and refine strategies accordingly.

You will report to the Director of AI Services and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Teams, and local General Managers. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of product and/or business management experience in AI, cloud, or IT services.
3. Strong Project Management skills with the ability to drive multiple initiatives.
4. Experience working with global teams in a fast-paced environment.
5. A collaborative approach to meeting business objectives with the ability to influence stakeholders.
6. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence technologies and services.
7. Experience in Professional and Managed Services for AI projects, including implementation, support, and optimization of AI solutions.
8. Professional fluency in English.
