Formación

• Licenciatura en Recursos Humanos, Informática, Contabilidad o afín.
• 1+ año de experiencia en manejo de nómina o consultoría.

Responsabilidades

• Actuar como especialista para clientes en la plataforma Workday Payroll.
• Resolver problemas de nómina de Workday directamente con los clientes.
• Configurar componentes y reportes de nómina en Workday.

Mandatory In Office Training Dates (Daily): 27/5/2025 - 27/6/2025 (Monday- Friday) Hybrid: 3 days per week in office after training

We are looking for a Workday Payroll Managed Services Consultant I who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Computer Science, Accounting/Finance, Computer Engineering, or related IT/Business discipline; or equivalent experience (required)
• 1+ years experience running or processing payroll (preferred)
• 1+ years client interfacing or consulting experience (preferred)
• Experience with manipulating data in Microsoft Excel using functions and/or macros (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple clients and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

• Act as a named specialist for customers providing guidance, best practices, solutions and instructions using the Workday Payroll platform to meet, enhance and optimize the client’s business needs
• Work directly with clients, solving Workday Payroll issues as they arise
• Act as the liaison between ADP and Workday through SmartCompliance monitoring and issue resolution
• Configure Workday payroll components, reports, etc. of varying complexity levels
• Understand Workday implementation Methodology and perform various pre-production responsibilities as assigned including executing test scripts, converting legacy data into Workday, etc.
• Actively participate in internal training updates and opportunities to share one’s skills and learnings with others within the organization
• Assist with internal initiatives, as assigned, designed to improve the team, department or company
• Maintain timeliness of service level agreements and average billability of 80% quarterly
• Be accessible during service hours (9am-7pm CST) and have flexibility to work beyond the standard service window as needed
• Attend Workday Payroll training and become Workday certified

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
