Role: Workday Integrations Consultant

Your primary responsibilities may include:

1. Lead the design of integrations between point-to-point systems and holistic interchange services, ensuring effective data quality and dependable digital information exchange.
2. Identify, assess, and resolve complex business problems related to integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across various Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas, requiring in-depth analysis of situations or data.
3. Lead the design, development, and testing of Workday integration code, including Studio, EIB, and supporting third-party coding.
4. Oversee the delivery of integrations.
5. Manage the integration development process, potentially coordinating with global resources across multiple locations.
6. Conduct discovery sessions with clients for each domain-specific integration.
7. Deliver requirements and design documentation to developers.
8. Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards for integrations.
9. Engage with third-party vendors as needed.
10. Align project goals with the strategic direction set by leadership.
11. Collaborate with clients to achieve shared objectives.
12. Identify and escalate risks promptly, developing alternative approaches when necessary.
13. Lead process improvement initiatives based on project experience.

- Workday Integrations Certification (MANDATORY).
