Principal Consultant Global AMS is a well expert post-production Workday professional who is dynamic fast-paced and familiar with the handled services construct. Minimum of 5 to7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in client facing roles handling run services in a global delivery model. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday Functional Module or Integrations. Must have active EAS Workday certification.

Responsibilities

• Nearshore lead who leads Functional/Technical workstream for the assigned set of accounts along with onshore leads.
• Apply and implement various AMS an Implementation methodologies activities in these Workday Functional Technical engagements.
• Should collaboratively work with the Global Delivery Center team and onshore team on day to day activities incidents root cause analysis and other work requests.
• Provides on call support and holiday coverage as required.
• Deep knowledge in SLA constructs and alignment.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to create high business impact.
• Should have a guide level understanding of Workday Functional Module or Integrations.
• Knowledge of multiple Workday modules business processes security. Minimal travel required but must be willing to travel if needed.
• Comfortable with leading multiple tasks and projects simultaneously prioritize tasks optimally and thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Ability to ensure team delivers the project work on time and do consistent timely reminders with vendors and project team
• Own the design and implementation of Workday Financial Management solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of Workday Technical Reports to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
• Provide technical expertise in Workday HCM to optimize human capital management processes.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain user documentation for all Workday-related projects and enhancements.
• Ensure the integration of Workday solutions with other enterprise systems to maintain data consistency and integrity.
• Monitor and solve system performance issues to ensure optimal functionality of Workday applications.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement necessary updates to maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Deliver training and support to end-users to enhance their understanding and utilization of Workday solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Participate in project planning and management activities to ensure timely delivery of technology solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to find opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Ensure that all technology solutions align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 3 to 5 years of experience in client facing roles handling led services in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Workday Functional Module or Integrations.
• Must have active Workday Certification.
• Must have years of Workday HCM related of experience as Workday HCM as Principal Consultant.
• Must have strong experience in Workday Financial Management Workday Technical Reports and Workday HCM.
• Should have a solid understanding of Finance and Accounting principles.
• Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
