Senior Scrum Master / R+D at BairesDev

We are seeking outstanding Senior Scrum Masters to join our Research & Development (R&D) team.

Our R&D team is vital to our technology solutions, generating millions in revenue annually. The team tackles challenges in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Desktop, and Web Development, with new challenges emerging daily to drive innovation.

This area is the most exciting and challenging within the company, featuring professionals with extensive experience and high levels of intellectual and creative skills.

What You Will Do:

1. Assist in preparing the ART and Solution Train using tools like Program and Solution Kanbans.
2. Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and mindsets.
3. Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks.
4. Encourage collaboration between teams and architects/engineering.
5. Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and stakeholders to align strategy and execution.
6. Improve value flow through value streams using the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and DevOps.
7. Facilitate System and Solution Demos.

What We Are Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Certifications (desirable).
• Advanced English level.
