Senior Recruiter at BairesDev

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Recruiting team and lead short- and long-term projects. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with great organizational capacity, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and paying close attention to detail. What You Will Do:

• Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings.
• Obtain accurate information related to the profile and requirements of the openings.
• Collaborate with the recruiting department to identify candidates for various openings.
• Present candidates to clients and leads.
• Work with Operations and Client Services to identify farming opportunities across accounts.
• Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes.

Here's what we are looking for:

• Proven analytical skills, extreme attention to detail, and effective prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in Staffing or Project Management.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Desirable:

• 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment.
