Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, lead multiple, large-scale projects with your advanced project management skills. Your role includes strategic planning, risk management, and high-level decision-making, guiding teams to successful project completion and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What you will do

• Oversee large-scale software development projects, providing strategic direction and leadership.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with organizational goals and priorities.
• Establish and refine project management methodologies, processes, and standards for the organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring team members are motivated and productive.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, negotiating project scopes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide expert guidance on project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of project management practices within the organization.

• 5+ years of experience in project management within software development.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and best practices.
• Extensive experience in leading large and complex software projects.

• Advanced level of English.
