Events Specialist at BairesDev

We are seeking an Events Specialist to assist the Events Manager in identifying, planning, executing, and reporting on events related to our business. This role involves coordinating activities for organizing, executing, and managing payments for events created by BairesDev, as well as supporting the collection of event data for future initiatives involving both our own events and those participated in by client-facing teams.


What You Will Do:
  1. Identify key events for our client-facing teams to participate in.
  2. Assess the relevance of each event and recommend participation or reconsideration.
  3. Assist in managing the annual event calendar for participation and execution.
  4. Coordinate preparation and execution of our created events.
  5. Support internal and external communication related to events.
  6. Analyze results and prepare evaluation reports for teams and clients.
  7. Manage event planning and execution expenses within budget.
  8. Distribute and collect survey forms during events to gather participant feedback.
  9. Compile collected data and generate insights to improve future activities.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in event planning, organization, execution, and reporting.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Experience with virtual and in-person events.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
