Employer Branding Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for an Employer Branding Specialist to execute highly effective brand marketing plans through a deep understanding of the consumer and our target market, which in turn, achieves profit and maximizes the brand's long-term potential.

What You Will Do:
  1. Help to identify how our brand is currently positioned in the market and design a research-based brand strategy.
  2. Analyze customer knowledge, trends, market analysis, and best marketing practices to create successful brand strategies.
  3. Assist in developing and maintaining the brand messaging and visual elements.
  4. Develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message.
  5. Communicate our brand personality internally and align the company around foundational concepts.
  6. Measure and report on the success of brand marketing campaigns.
  7. Anticipate consumer trends and keep the brand updated.
  8. Influence brand initiatives, ensuring consistency with the tone of voice and brand messaging.
  9. Increase brand awareness and consideration, and build market position.
  10. Develop, execute, and track collateral and materials for internal and external purposes.
  11. Create and implement brand marketing strategies.
  12. Identify consumer opportunities and develop strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness.
  13. Establish positioning, identify the target audience, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.
  14. Assist in the creative direction to meet the objectives of all publicity and public communications.
  15. Research product weaknesses and areas to overcome with developing brand identity.
Heres what we are looking for:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Proven work experience as an Employer Branding Marketer.
  • Proven experience in the implementation of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in B2B service marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels work.
  • Creativity, trend savviness, strategic thinking.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and service-oriented.
  • Versatile, goal-oriented, driven, and proactive.
  • Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Advanced English level.
