Position: Editor and Content Writer at BairesDev


We are seeking an experienced Editor and Content Writer to join our Marketing team and lead our brand's creative copywriting efforts. This role involves ensuring the effective implementation of our brand strategy across multiple touchpoints, with a deep understanding of our clients and target market, to help achieve profit and maximize the brand's long-term potential.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the creative copywriting process from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into clear, innovative strategies.
  2. Collaborate with communication teams to brainstorm, develop, and produce various marketing materials, and write clear, compelling, and error-free copy for different mediums (e.g., ads, blog posts, newsletters) that reflect the company's voice.
  3. Interpret creative direction and technical information, turning them into persuasive and engaging copy, conducting high-quality research and interviews.
  4. Edit and proofread copy as needed.
  5. Utilize SEO principles to maximize reach, anticipate consumer trends, and keep the brand current.
  6. Develop and execute copy for marketing campaigns to communicate our brand message, influence brand initiatives, and ensure consistency in tone and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the field with a diverse portfolio and a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing a high-performance team with strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience in B2B service marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Creativity, strategic thinking, trend awareness, and a comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, service-oriented, with excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Versatile, goal-oriented, proactive, and skilled in networking and influencing decision-makers.
  • Advanced English proficiency (Native level is a plus).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience.
  • English language proficiency.
