CRM Specialist at BairesDev

We are seeking a data-driven CRM Specialist to design, implement, and optimize email campaigns that boost top talent engagement and conversion through our recruitment process. Youll leverage analytics and automation to create personalized candidate experiences while providing actionable insights that drive recruitment success. This role combines technical expertise with creative communication to enhance our talent acquisition capabilities.

What Youll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and segment candidate data from CRM systems, creating comprehensive reports and dashboards to support data-driven recruitment decisions.
- Create compelling email marketing content, write engaging copy for talent acquisition campaigns, develop UX-focused messaging for candidate touchpoints, and craft personalized communication strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Build sophisticated automation workflows using CRM and marketing automation platforms, design seamless candidate journey experiences, and implement automated processes to optimize recruitment efficiency and candidate engagement.
- Configure and optimize automated message templates within CRM systems across email, WhatsApp, and ATS platforms, set up dynamic content rules and personalization triggers, analyze communication performance metrics, and fine-tune message flows to improve candidate engagement rates and conversion through data-driven testing.
- Analyze candidate journey touchpoints, identify optimization opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements to enhance overall recruitment processes and candidate experience.

What we are looking for:

- 4+ years of experience in CRM management.
- 2+ years of experience building content in English.
- Experience with SQL and email marketing.
- Advanced level of English.
