Corporate Travel Agent at BairesDev

We are seeking a Corporate Travel Agent to join our Business Administration team. Your responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound travel arrangements for employees and clients, handling visa cases, and overseeing expatriate and relocation processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Research, coordinate, and manage travel logistics including transportation, lodging, medical insurance, meals, car rentals, and other needs within budget and requirements.
2. Support managers with Global Mobility travel policies, processes, and operations.
3. Stay informed about travel methods, government regulations, passport and visa laws, and tariffs across different destinations.
4. Lead visa strategy execution.
5. Negotiate and manage agreements with tour operators, airlines, hotels, transportation, and insurance providers.
6. Prepare cost estimates and manage expense reports.
7. Review and improve mobility policies, local regulations, and market practices.
8. Serve as a point of contact for travel-related inquiries and issues, assisting employees as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in tourism, business administration, industrial engineering, or international relations.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate travel.
• Over 4 years in travel planning.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced English skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in a similar role within a software development outsourcing company.
• Knowledge of Argentine and US immigration laws.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish.
