Commercial Legal Specialist at BairesDev

We are looking for a Commercial Legal Specialist to join our Team to provide support on legal matters.

What You Will Do:

1. Support regional and business teams on legal matters.
2. Provide general advice, such as contract review, among others.
3. Assist in negotiation of legal subjects (local commercial, corporate, labor, etc).

Here’s what we are looking for:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law.
2. Previous experience with US agreements.
3. Experience in dealing with issues relating to international businesses.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills.
5. 3+ years of experience in agreements review/negotiation (desirable).
6. Previous experience with Software Outsourcing companies (desirable).
7. Advanced English level.
