What do you get to do in this position?
  1. Apply standardized manufacturing and production processes, including basic maintenance.
  2. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Identify and report risks related to health, safety, quality, and environment, including incidents and near misses.
  4. Follow recommended gestures for standard operating modes and suggest improvements.
  5. Ensure quality by adhering to standards during operations.
  6. Follow escalation procedures for deviations in safety, environment, quality, or performance.
  7. Record barriers and performance metrics accurately in Red / Green follow-up.
  8. Deliver offline training sessions.
This job might be for you if:
  • You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • You have 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • You possess Lean Manufacturing knowledge.
  • You are familiar with Root Cause Analysis tools.
  • You know Core Tools.
  • You can interpret electrical diagrams.
  • You are skilled in using electrician tools.
  • You have electrical knowledge.
