We’re looking for a skilledWireless Systems Engineerwith hands-on experience in network tower operations and wireless infrastructure. This role involves supporting advanced technologies like 5G-Advanced, 5G, and Wi-Fi through system integration, field testing, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Integrate and optimize wireless systems; troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Conduct field tests (OTA) and validate new features on-site.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to resolve interoperability challenges.
• Support network design, optimization, and capacity planning.
• Participate in lab testing and performance evaluations of emerging technologies.
• Document findings and contribute to technical reports and white papers.

Experience and Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in wireless systems or network tower operations.
• Conversational English.
• Familiarity with 5G NR, LTE-Advanced, Wi-Fi, and related protocols (RTP/TCP/UDP/IP).
• Experience with tools like Atoll, iBwave, QXDM, TEMS, Actix, R&S, Spirent, PCtel.
• Programming knowledge (Python, MATLAB, etc.) and ML libraries (PyTorch, Keras) is a plus.
